Category: Let's talk
I'm gonna promote in 3 areas here on the boards. Lets Talk, Garage Sale and the Rave board. Hope you all don't mind. I'm trying to get the word out as best as possible about my website. It has a chat program, message boards, and lots of sections that are informal mainly a listing of links to other websites of information for the blind/vi. I hope you enjoy and I hope you also sign up for the other features that I and many others on my site use to communicate aka the boards and chat program. http://blindvi.no-ip.com also if that doesn't work use the other link http://www.angelfire.com/blues2/blindvi as the no-ip.com url is a web redirect.
Everyone go here and have fun. It's great.
awwww Thanks caitlin!
actually Jessica, I don't see anything wrong with posting a topic in 3 different boards since it's appropriate for all 3 of them. Just because a topic pops up 3 times in 3 different boards, that doesn't mean you have to read it more than once. I usually don't use the topics with new posts link except once in a while just for something different, because I'm not interested in all the boards. and if the time comes when I stop going on any of the boards except safe haven, I would miss reading it altogether.
wonderwoman
Ah thanks wonder women. I'm just trying to get the word out. :) I mean it's a wonderful site and I hope to update it this weekend as I've been meaning to for over a while now.
No problem Jessica, it's how I feel. You did a good job on it, but most of it doesn't apply to me, I mean I don't go to school, and big gaming has never been my thing, but I'm sure a lot of people get a great benefit from it. Gcn doesn't really work well for me unfortunately, and getting that constant dialogue about my settings need to be set at a higher resolution drives me crazy, because jaws doesn't read as well for me when I do adjust it, and there's nodon't show me this again checkbox, to get rid of it. My computer and monitor are 7 years old, and that could be the reason jaws won't read too well at a higher resolution
wonderwoman.
